CIVICO 5 | Via Alberto da Giussano 5 CESANO MADERNO (MB).

The CIVICO 5 project, located at via Alberto da Giussano 5 in Cesano Maderno, just steps away from Parco Borromeo, represents a high-value renovation that has created 14 luxury residential units. The client’s request was clear: to achieve a modern residential building with refined finishes, maximizing outdoor spaces with large terraces and solariums, while maintaining a strong connection to the historical and natural surroundings.

One of the most complex aspects of the project was integrating the contemporary architectural language with materials like corten steel and exposed concrete, to achieve a result that was both innovative and harmonious with the surrounding landscape. The desire to create bright and open living spaces, without compromising residents’ privacy and comfort, required careful planning of the outdoor areas, with particular attention to the usability of the large terraces and solariums.

To meet the client’s needs, the architecture of CIVICO 5 is characterized by the use of bold volumes and strong geometric lines, adding dynamism to the structure. The corten steel surfaces, with their warm rust tones, harmonize with the exposed concrete, creating a visually striking yet balanced contrast. This choice of materials not only meets the need for durability and contemporary aesthetics but also adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to the façades.

The spacious terraces and solariums are designed as true extensions of the interior spaces, creating a seamless dialogue between indoors and outdoors. The greenery that covers parts of the walls acts as a connecting element to the surrounding landscape, evoking the nearby Parco Borromeo and offering a well-being space for future residents.

CIVICO 5 strikes a perfect balance between contemporary design and traditional materials, blending them to create a luxury residential complex that harmonizes with the urban and natural context of Cesano Maderno. This project enhances the quality of living through premium architecture, generous open spaces, and solutions aimed at excellence, offering a living experience marked by comfort and luxury.
